Terms and Conditions – y 333 Platform Rules & User Agreement

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and y 333 ("y 333", "we", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any bet or wager through y 333, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the y 333 platform in any capacity. Continued use of y 333 following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through y 333, including but not limited to: online casino games, sports betting, PSL betting, crash games, fishing games, virtual sports, and all associated deposit and withdrawal services.

2Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on y 333, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. y 333 operates a strict minimum age policy. We use age verification tools and reserve the right to request official government-issued documentation confirming your date of birth at any point during your account lifecycle.
• You must be acting as an individual in a personal capacity — not on behalf of a business, third party, or any other person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be residing in or accessing y 333 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not have a current self-exclusion in place with y 333 or any affiliated platform.

y 333 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account at its sole discretion if eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be verified. Winnings generated by ineligible players are subject to forfeiture without compensation.

3Account Registration

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only on y 333. Opening duplicate, multiple, or joint accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts associated with the player — including all balances — may be suspended and cancelled without prior notice.

When registering your y 333 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your real full name, valid mobile number, and date of birth. You must update your account information promptly if any of it changes. y 333 is not liable for any consequences arising from your failure to keep account information current and accurate.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in is deemed to be your activity, regardless of whether you personally authorised it in each instance.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the y 333 support team immediately. y 333 cannot be held responsible for losses incurred through unauthorised use where you failed to take reasonable steps to protect your account credentials.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on y 333 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees. Your account balance is denominated in PKR at all times.

Deposits: y 333 accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your y 333 balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant provider — typically within seconds for mobile wallet transactions.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be made using a payment method that has been used to deposit to the same y 333 account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. For verified accounts using Easypaisa or JazzCash, withdrawals typically complete within one to three minutes. IBFT bank transfers typically complete within the same business day. Withdrawal speeds are not guaranteed and may be subject to delays outside y 333's control.

Verification Requirement: y 333 may request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance requirement. Required documents may include a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, or evidence of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension.

5Betting Rules

All bets placed on y 333 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sporting event, market, or game type. The following general betting rules apply across all y 333 sportsbook products:

• Bets are only accepted from authenticated, verified players with a sufficient PKR balance to cover the stake.
• Bets are final once confirmed. Cancellation of a placed bet is not available unless y 333 has offered a specific cash-out feature for the relevant market.
• Minimum bet amount across sportsbook markets is Rs 100. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event and are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.
• y 333 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a technical error, odds error, or data feed failure. In such cases, the original stake is returned to the player's account balance.
• In the event of a disputed bet result, y 333's review of the official result from the recognised governing body of the relevant sport or competition shall be final.
• y 333 does not accept bets from players attempting to exploit pricing errors. Accounts found to be systematically targeting error odds may have such bets voided and accounts reviewed.
• For cricket and PSL betting, match results are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant match referee and governing body. Abandoned matches are settled according to the specific rules published in the y 333 cricket betting section.

6Casino Games

All casino games available on y 333 — including slots, live dealer games, RNG table games, crash games, and fishing games — are provided by licensed third-party game studios. y 333 does not develop, own, or modify any game's internal mechanics, random number generator, or return-to-player configuration.

The published RTP (Return to Player) for each game is determined and certified by the relevant game provider and independent testing laboratory. y 333 displays these figures in good faith as provided to us by our game supply partners. RTP is a long-run statistical average — individual session outcomes can vary significantly above or below the published figure.

In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or slot session, y 333 will settle the round based on the game state recorded on the provider's server at the time of disconnection. y 333 cannot override a game provider's server records. If you believe a game result has been recorded incorrectly, contact y 333 support with the relevant game round reference number within 72 hours of the incident.

7Bonuses and Promotions

y 333 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are stated at the time of the promotion. The following general bonus rules apply to all y 333 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any withdrawal can be made. The wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms. Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements — live casino games typically contribute less than slots.
• One Bonus Per Account: Each bonus offer is available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts is bonus abuse.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms if wagering requirements are not completed. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless otherwise stated, winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as specified in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Abuse: y 333 monitors for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk complementary bets to satisfy wagering requirements artificially, and systematic exploitation of free bet promotions. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have the relevant bonus removed and may be permanently closed.

y 333 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated via the y 333 promotions page. The decision of y 333 regarding any bonus dispute is final.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on y 333. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

9Account Suspension and Closure

y 333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or use of the account for illegal purposes.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Detection of multiple accounts associated with the same player.
• A player's self-exclusion request being received through the y 333 responsible gaming tools.

Where an account is closed due to a player's own request (not as a disciplinary action), any real-money balance in the account — excluding active bonus funds that have not completed wagering requirements — will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

Where an account is closed as a disciplinary action for a breach of these Terms, y 333 reserves the right to retain any balance associated with the policy breach, including winnings derived from prohibited conduct. y 333 will notify the player of the reason for closure except in cases where doing so would compromise a fraud or AML investigation.

10Responsible Gaming

y 333 is committed to responsible gaming and operates a range of player protection tools. These tools are available in your account settings and are designed to help you maintain control over your gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits. Increases to deposit limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Decreases take effect immediately.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss amount over a defined period. y 333 will prevent further wagering once your limit is reached until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been logged into y 333 for a defined duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from y 333 for a defined period between one and thirty days. You cannot deposit or bet during this period. The cooling-off ends automatically at the conclusion of the selected period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your y 333 account. This action is irreversible and prevents any future re-registration using the same identity. Contact y 333 support to activate self-exclusion.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use y 333 for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the y 333 platform.

Any unauthorised use of y 333's intellectual property — including scraping, mirroring, or systematic data extraction — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

13Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, y 333 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure, loss of data, service interruptions, or the actions of third-party game providers.

y 333's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident or related series of incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the ninety days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

y 333 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary unavailability. y 333 will endeavour to communicate planned outages in advance where possible.

14Amendments to These Terms

y 333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, y 333 will notify registered players via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the y 333 platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent update to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of y 333 following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept a revision, you must stop using y 333 and may close your account as described in Section 9.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of any provision, or updates required by changes in applicable law — may be made without advance notice.

15Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which y 333 operates. By accepting these Terms, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through y 333's internal complaints process.

Complaints Process: If you have a complaint about y 333, you should first contact our customer support team by email at support@y333.run with a clear description of the issue. y 333 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and provide a substantive resolution within five business days for straightforward matters, or notify you of a longer review timeline for complex cases.

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and y 333 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, agreements, or understandings.
